SHENZHEN, China, June 2 (Xinhua) -- Grand slam winner Ding Ning and rising superstar Wang Manyu make to the final of the ITTF World Tour China Open table tennis tournament on Saturday night.

Olympic champion Ding crashed Japan's Shibata Saki in women'singles semifinals, finishing in four sets: 11-2, 11-7, 11-9, 11-6.

"To be honest, I've been out of final for a long time, I am quite excited about tomorrow's game," said Ding.

"I've played few games since the National Games of China in August. In recent months I've been knocked out frequently in first or second round, so I cherish this opportunity," said Ding.

Ding's teammate Wang secured another place in the final after defeating Japan's Ito Mima, helping China lock the champion of women's singles.

It's a reunion for two players after Hong Kong Open semifinals, this time Wang made it again, stopping Mima's revenge in 5 sets: 11-8, 12-10, 11-5, 10-12, 11-8.

"My coach and I studied a lot on today's opponent. She is a very aggressive player. Her abilities of serving and returning of serving are rare among foreign players," said Wang.

Wang, the winner of Hong Kong Open, said that she will try her best in the final.
